Veteran Transitional Housing at The Oden Group is built for one purpose: to make sure a veteran never has to wonder where they will sleep tonight while they work on getting back on their feet. We provide short-term, safe accommodations for veterans who need immediate shelter and a calm, respectful place to regroup after crisis, instability, or discharge from another program.
Our Temporary Veteran Housing gives you a fully furnished room in a clean, quiet home, with utilities and Wi‑Fi already taken care of. You do not have to come up with furniture, deposits, or set up accounts. You arrive, put your bag down, and know you have a secure space that is yours. This all‑inclusive setup removes a lot of stress so you can focus on your next steps instead of pure survival.
We use a Shared Living Facilities model because we have seen how powerful it is when veterans live among other veterans. The kitchen table conversations, the shared coffee in the morning, the unspoken understanding of what it means to have served-those things matter. Our communal areas are designed to encourage connection without taking away your privacy. You have your own space to rest, with common areas available when you are ready for company.
This transitional housing is a bridge-not your final destination. While you are with us, we work alongside you and any case managers or support professionals in your corner to line up longer‑term housing, employment, benefits, or treatment. Our house rules are straightforward, focused on safety, respect, and accountability, so everyone can heal and move forward.
